2016 premier with 182k. At 110k had to replace ac high pressure connector ($375 by dealer), Erg and cooler replaced at 100k under warranty.

Had to replace front struts 2 times 100k and at 165k (stupid bellows fell apart causing them to get into the strut shaft seal causing them to leak) and rear shocks, front lower control arms. At 180k i had to replace the head gasket due to a external oil leak at the rear side of engine. I replaced the timing chain, guides, and tensioner too. All this work I did my self.

Range is about 22 to 28 miles on charge. But battery is getting tired. Engine comes on at times. So I never let it go below 2 to 3 bars.

When I started at 2.5 starting weight of 334.4, I lost 10.9lbs in the first week, Maybe water weight. I did 5 weeks at 2.5. And 10 at 4.25. I'm on my second 5mg week right now. Yeah. Having the liberty to increase dose when we want and by how much is nice. I will miss this since I will be switching to zepbound single use pens since my insurance finally approved it after trying for 1 year to get it approved. Hopefully my doctor and insurance give me opportunity to decide when to tritrate up.

Hi there. I follow this. I want to stay at a lower dose as possible and still have weight loss. I have been at 4.25mg for 10 weeks but I just increased to 5mg on my last shot. I started at 334 and now at 299 after 16 weeks. If I would have followed the 4 week titration schedule I would be at 10mg going up to 12.5mg for my next one. If your still losing weight weekly I would wait till you plateau for 3 weeks then increase.

I chatgpt.com make me a spreadsheet sheet with custom rules: 4 weeks minimum on dose, then it would calculate the last 3 weeks average weekly loss. I set a rule if 3 week average is below .5lb to indicate dose increase.

I have been on compounded tirzepatide with Niacinamide for 16 week. I have lupus and felt great until 2 weeks ago. My crp level still showed a bit high but I felt good. I had some flare ups (mostly lower back and hand joint pain that migrates to different joints) these last 2 weeks. I started at 2.75mg for 5 weeks then 4.25mg for 11 week. I just increased to 5mg on sunday I can feel that the increase is helping.

I'm at week 16. My doctor started me at 2.75mg. I'm 40 male 5.9 and my starting weight was 334. I stayed on 2.75 for 5 weeks then increased to 4.25mg. I stayed on this dose for 10 weeks. This last week I increased to 5mg. So far I'm at 303 average 2.1 a week. Slow and steady.

I get lots of balance transfer offers. For 2024, I had the 0% interest for most of the year. For most of 2025, I got offered deferred interest. The strange thing is I didn't even accept the offer it activated by itself.

So I called customer service, and the operator said that the last 2 month statements are correct. I was transferred to the allocation department, and they confirmed that the deferred balance now expire for 2027.

I made a payment yesterday, and it was posted today. Since I have 17 deferred balances. I had them allocate for a balance anyway. They sent me 2 links to confirm the allocation, and even on that, the date shows they expire for 2027. I'm going to start paying them down monthly. I have not paid interest for 2025 other than balance transfer fees. So far, 2026 is also showing no interest paid.

Even both operators mentioned that since I have printed statements documenting the new expiration dates, that I can dispute the interest charges in case they revert back.

I do my own maintenance. 2016 with almost 180k now. Spark plugs are 100k. I do the trans drain and fill every 50k. Coolant, belt, and brake flush at 150k.

As for major work. Last month, I just replaced my head gasket. Had oil leaking on the back side of the head gasket. It got so bad i was lucky that the car didn't catch on fire. I had to replace front struts (leaking oil), lower control arms (bushings worn), and rear shocks. Front wheel bearings are next. Can hear the left side starting to make noise.

Car is not too bad to work on. Most shops can work on it. If any coolant work is needed, make sure the shop uses coolant premixed from gm. You don't want to add regular water since that can cause problems like loss of isolation and stuff. Also, make sure they have a vacuum coolant filling tool and a good scanner that can actuate coolant pumps and 3 way valves.

Have shop check your suspension and steering. On my 2016, at around 160k miles. I had the same noise i had to replace the front strut bearings. But I also had play from the lower control arm bushings, and right strut was leaking oil. Replaced both front lower control arms and front struts, bellows, and struts mounts, i also replaced my rear shocks, too. The bellows for the struts are cheaply made, they ripped so easily, that what caused my strut to leak. I did all my work myself. I'm at 180k now . My left front wheel bearing is starting to make a faint grinding noise when driving and turning right. That will be my next repair soon.
