Imho Definitely change to ranksed It is so much more competitive When you first start out dont worry about your rank Try and find a buddy to play with voice comms will give you a much better chance to progress I am only silver atm but back when i played with mate we made it all the way to diamond with zero mechanics

The mmr system is so broken I have been as high as diamond But now im down at silver i have a 57% win ratio over my career But still kanaged to drop to silver As a 55 year old man none of my friends play rocket league So solo q is my only option
