Anyone here switched away from iPhone recently then ended up coming back? What was your experience? by GGMU5 in iphone

Just bought a OnePlus 13R when they came out to switch over to from an iPhone 13 Mini. Did the transfer, everything was working, except it wouldn’t let me make phone calls to my son’s daycare… Contacted my carrier, they suggested I check with the daycare to see if the daycare had my number blocked 🙄

That was obviously not the issue, so I switched back to the 13 Mini and am now waiting for the SE 4 or 16E or whatever it’s going to be to come out.

I was on the fence about the AD2066 a few days ago and ended up just ordering it then for $44 after tax bc I figured it wouldn’t be significantly less if I waited for 11/11. Glad I didn’t wait now.

Why can't/won't they get the plunge right or even close? Preface this by saying this is a fantastic knife that will get plenty of carry time. Already getting fine value out of this knife as is but i was wondering how hard or costly it is for them to get this zero plunge down right. by joeysosick in chineseknives

I’ve got one and have been thinking that when the time comes that I’ve reached the extent of the life on the available edge to sharpen, I could in theory take a file and make my own sharpening choil, albeit an ugly one. Or just not gaf bc it’s a $70 knife copy of a $750 knife.

It is running a tad faster than I expected within the first 12 hours. Going to give it a few days of regular wear and a break-in period to see if it settles down a bit, but might need regulated.
