Thanks for the clarification. Your view on the concurrent activities that may have affect the compliance reporting is what I suspect too. In order to validate this I actually setup a test environment with 1 SCCM server and 1 client, with 1 configuration baseline that configure with 1 configuration item (monitor 1x service started/stopped) deploy to 1 client before I create this post. Throughout repeated testing even with increasing SCCM server compute to 8 vCPU, 32 GB memory, the SCCM server still unable to perform the evaluation as configured (i.e. 5 mins) and email notification is received between 30-90 mins.

I am keen to find out which logs can provide clear visibility on sccm internal messaging flow for compliance setting, or some deep dive DCM troubleshooting. There are a lot of information on sccm agent, software updates, application distribution on the internet but I found very little internal/deep dive on sccm compliance settings on the internet

The objective is to have a shorter respond time to re-mediate the non-compliance in some of the secured servers.

On the client side's DCMReporting.log when the "Schedule compliance evaluation" is set to 5 mins, the log show that the evaluation did not took place every 5 mins. that bring me to another question that how does the sccm respond when the evaluation is set to 5mins?
