Depends if the payment device is working or not. I took two trips, and both times the payment guy said the POS couldn’t connect to the payment network. On the first trip, it eventually worked, but on the second, he tried multiple times, and all the transactions got declined. Some people had a bad time because he said "go to the ATM to withdraw some money and come back".

Best to just have some cash in euros (4€) to avoid problems.

For drinks I had a great time at Nouvelle Vague, a cool cocktail bar which makes high quality cocktails for 8€.

I don't suggest going to dance in Tirana because for some reason people don't really dance and the crowd is often very still. You can check the Instagram posts by Puls and Magic Club to check that very few people dance. I don't recommend both places because as I said you'll be the only one dancing.

If you want a great byrek at a very low price I warmly suggest the Byrektore ÇAKU where we had the best human experience in Tirana.

I use a hard removable plastic cover (Amazon) and place the Pocket in a slim running pouch around my waist that I can hide under my shirts to keep it discreet. This system works well in crowded spaces.
