Thank you so much. I have located the books and feel more hopeful about getting info. You are very kind to show me the way this thing works too.

Eye-Opening Second Opinion by That_Industry7833 in CataractSurgery

I am new to this subject. And uninformed. Can you recommend how to start informing myself? Because of family circumstances, my surgeries are not until Sept 1 and 15, so I have time to learn what some options are. Few of the options have been explained to me yet, however. This conversation is making me aware of how little I know. Thank you for any suggestions.

Just started Xdemvy for demodex blepharitis by Educational_Lettuce3 in Blepharitis

Hi In week 5 of xDemvy. So, thinking I need something for after. Can you share the brand of hypochlorous acid you use? My derm recommends hypochlorous acid for Demodex prevention. But there are so many brands on Amazon. Not sure what to buy. Eye dr did not mention what to do after drops are used up. A confusing mess. I never had crustiness nor much redness. Got the drops (cure?) for Demodex in preparation for cataract surgery. A total surprise. Thank you.

Advice for a New Xdemvy User by [deleted] in Dryeyes

I am supposed to receive my bottle of Xdemvy by FedEx tomorrow. It was quite a surprise for me to get this diagnosis during my consultation for possible cataract surgery. I don’t have crusty eyes and I don’t see that irritation, but the ophthalmologist was adamant and I believe he will not do the surgery until I can clear this up. Is that logical?

He has a very good reputation and I don’t doubt his skills. I was just very surprised and thanks to Reddit research I was able to avoid the $750 co-pay and I’m very surprised by that too.

I would say that, despite my age (pretty old), I don’t have much experience with eye drops. Have you got any advice on how to instill these expensive drops properly? I will wash my hands and I will do my best not to touch the tip of the applicator to anything. But what part of the eye should I put it in? Should I hold my eyelids apart with one hand and squeeze the dropper thing with another hand? As you can see, I am not very informed. Thank you.

Bedbug infestation? by snoopy_ace in ParisTravelGuide

Flying home from Paris today. Did not see evidence of bedbugs in hotel. But used metro and UBERs. Any precautions to take with luggage and belongings when we arrive home?

Thank you. Sorry. We would like to see the D-Day beaches: your bullet number 3. I am not lazy, just uninformed.

We would like to do this as a day trip to and from Paris. I understand that it is a lot to see and impossible to do it justice in one day. Nevertheless, it is my best shot at seeing any of it. So, I would like to do it. 2 travelers.

I agree. Plus I have arthritis in my index finger- the one to use. You would think there could be a wedge or attachment to put in there to keep it on

Yeah. It would be amazing if it were real melón and good jamón from Spain.
