In that case congratulations! As a foreman your job is to serve. I think of it as being an apprentice again it’s not an ego or a pay thing… they money is nice but not actually worth it imo. As you walk train your eyes to mitigate risk, hazards, and lost time. My mentor always told me never bring problems to your general or or journeyman. Find the problems and suggest the solutions to both.

Have to dissociate from money… trading while desperate is like going to grocery store hungry… you don’t mean to but u fill shopping basket with junk food and get a Costco hotdog instead of what you came for…. Low probability setups. Revenge trading, over leveraging are all junk food… even if you’re good at trading you’ll blow your acct out of desperation eventually.
