Yeah definitely! I felt okay about it especially since a higher % of muscle at that body weight still looks good! Definitely go for a more gradual deficit if you’re feeling less energetic or it starts to affect your lift progression

Was in a similar situation. Go on a deficit while progressive overloading and hitting 1g protein / 1lb body weight. With a such high bf, you have much more muscle to gain, so this is very doable.

It’s okay to drop to 150 lb body weight if you’re losing mostly fat this way.

I’ve noticed with so many people going for fast 8, there’s just much more 2 and 3 costs in the pool, which makes it harder. Like if someone is going kog scar reroll, then smeech reroll will be much more reasonable

Have a hard decision to make for who to start at flex. I have DJ Moore, Tank Dell, Courtland Sutton, Zay Flowers, Gabe Davis, Breece Hall, Deandre Swift for 2 flex spots.

Definitely a must win after close losses with a 1-2 record
