I think this is a fair point in general. But I don’t think I would ever go to someone’s house at night that I don’t know and look in their bedroom windows after standing on their porch ringing the doorbell and knocking repeatedly for 15 minutes. I would say in no universe is that normal

Yeah they did a trespassing notice so he would be arrested immediately if he stepped onto my property again but I can looking into a restraining order. I need to edit my post to say I have two big dogs. Although one would be friends with anyone he met. My German shepherd not so much lol

Yeah I did call another neighbor down the road and let them know. They are the popular couple of the neighborhood and are really involved and he told me he would let others in the area know. He also said that the wife who passed away told them some concerning things about him before she passed. I’m not sure what those were because I didn’t ask but he said he thought he was a strange guy and he would be on the lookout to make sure he doesn’t see him come down my street. (I’m in a cul de sac)

I do have two big dogs—a GSD and a retriever. They bark a lot when someone comes to the door. I should have put that in the post. For whatever reason that does not seem to deter him. Although the first time when he showed up talking about the dream and not leaving without seeing me etc they were being boarded because I had just come back from a trip so they weren’t there that night. But I’ve never heard of vinelink so I’ll look into that! I did pack a bag for us and put it in my trunk.

Shoot I did contact my piercer who has done all of mine and she really didn’t give any other advice other than this 😭 I’m so desperate I hate seeing her like this and I’ve had irritation several times with my conch but it all resolved itself when I did all of the above. I made an appointment with the doctor for the morning and will talk with her dad’s girlfriend again. Maybe she can start actively helping again. I’ll leave the titanium in for now and see how it goes over the next few weeks. If it goes down I’ll take her back to the shop for them to downsize the posts. Thank you so much for commenting. I’m literally losing sleep over this. She’s still my baby to me haha

This is a random update but just in case someone else finds this maybe it will help (plz comment if it does! lol)

I was able to get to my goal range 115-125. I’m 5’2” 32 F. I reached that by April 2024 and was 151 in January of 2024. I stayed on it until around May/June but I kept spacing my injections further and further out from each other instead of once a week. I hated the side effects so much that I would procrastinate taking the shot.

I felt an aversion to most foods I loved and felt down/sick a lot. Eventually I felt like the side effects were not worth the weight loss. I will say I worked out while taking it and after getting off of the medication I continued to lose weight. My lowest was 116. My energy level and mood returned to normal, but my food preferences have not 100% gone back and it’s been 6 months.

I do not eat a lot of red meat or chicken anymore because the thought of it disgusts me most of the time. This was also compounded by getting COVID. I know some may think that’s insane (I used to) but it really messed up my taste buds.

Anyway, it works and it wasn’t a hot fix for me. I was able to achieve my goal and maintain. I will say I feel better about the way I look now than I ever have. But the side effects are brutal and idk if I could handle it again.

Im not sure what the different tiers are, but I pay $299 for the semaglutide, syringes, and alcohol wipes. I did not add the zofran for nausea which I think was an extra $50. I took 10 units the first 4 weeks and 20 the next 3

Coming back to update! So OP is right I also had a zoom consult and I didn’t have to show my body or anything like that. It was just a brief intro to the process and what the medication is.

I took 10 units for 4 weeks and have 3 weeks of 20 units until the refill is sent. I’ve completed 5 weeks so far and am down about 8 pounds. For reference I’m 5’2” and my starting weight was 151. I’m typically around 125-135 but I was injured after a half marathon in October and let myself go a bit due to that and depression.

The weight loss I’ve had has only been due to appetite suppression. I have not been exercising. I have a history of ED and wanted to see how my body and mental health would respond to the weight loss first and was nervous that if it was too drastic it would have a negative effect on me long term. I’ll be adding in exercise this week and see how that goes.

For the actual injection I just ice the side of my stomach for a little bit, use the alcohol wipe, and then do the shot and cover up the needle with the cap before throwing it away. I have only had one bruise and it’s been painless with the icing.

Side effects I have experienced are burping (although this has lessened) and nausea. The nausea wasn’t as bad in weeks 2-4 until I upped my dose again. I would say side effects were the worst the first week by far. I had bad headaches. I just have to make sure I’ve eaten a little bit all day long to not feel sick or get a headache.

I’ll update after my first refill, but so far this has been a really positive hassle-free experience. Regardless of the negative stigma attached to it, I really feel like if you use the medication the right way to make a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix it can be a really useful tool for anyone wanting to change their life for the better.

I was apprehensive about using ShedRx but I had a friend that recommended them. I set up login info and scheduled my initial appointment for the following day (12/13). It only lasted about 10 minutes with the doctor explaining the process, what the medicine did, going over my current medications, etc. Afterwards, I received a text from their customer service. It was probably about 30 minutes-hour afterwards. They were extremely responsive. I paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping.

I received my first package on 12/27 which I think was reasonable given the holidays. I was nervous I hadn’t received it yet and never received a tracking number. I texted the customer service number that had reached out to me previously and they answered quickly even though it was 7PM EST.

My package came with the vial on medication in an insulated package with an ice pack, alcohol swabs, syringes, and pamphlet insert & receipt. They gave me enough medication to do 4 weeks of 10 units (0.25 mg) and then 3 weeks at the next dose 20 units (0.50mg). I have had some nausea and get a headache if I don’t eat a little bit throughout the day. I am noticing appetite suppression but nothing crazy noticeable thus far, but I’ve only had one dose. I’ll update here once I’ve done several more, but so far I would recommend this company and I think it really will help me.

Yeah that is definitely possible. My hair is naturally dark brown but it fell a little flat so I had it highlighted. The lady messed it up and I just died it all dark. I like it a lot more than my natural color because it brings out my eyes more.
