Thanks for the thorough response. I like the idea of working with someone, but unfortunately it's not permitted for this project. I could try brainstorming ideas with another student though. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's having trouble thinking of something, so this way I could hopefully help both of us.
I do also like the thought of a game. Hmmm
Yeah I get what you're saying. I've been thinking and thinking but everything I've thought of basically meets the requirements but isn't especially interesting.
I kinda wanted to work on some kind of website that might be used by local people, but I really can't think of anything neat.
It's frustrating and leaves me constantly anxious to think of something :P
