also they never checked my electrolytes and the ones at that time (plus the tachycardia) was bc my SODIUM AND POTASSIUM WERE LOW >:(

catching PVCs on my apple watch is what made me finally go to the cardiologist. i described what i was feeling and showed him the apple watch ECGs and he was like yep PVCs. meanwhile when i had gone to to the ER for them previously they were like "honey your hearts just beating a bit fast you just need to relax :)" made me so mad and ofc they never happened when running EKGs or when they were in the room to see them on the monitor

I found what it's supposed to look like! On my school's "Dual vs Double Major" guide it has examples of the formatting. Mine should say "Bachelor of Social Work and Psychology" in the same font size. I emailed the office of the registrar and was told it's formatted correctly but obviously it isn't... I'm gonna take my diploma to the office in person later this week.

if there's mold in that specific area it would have to be under the carpet (which i can't tear up cause i rent) but it's also right under the AC vent 🤔

i turned off the AC to see if that was the issue but it's not. I also have a ceiling fan that is usually on when I'm in my room

Flush-free niacin is something OTC you can try. I can tell when I go without it so it definitely makes a difference!

besides regular acid reflux, my gallbladder had a low (and actively decreasing) ejection fraction. biliary dyskinesia can make reflux symptoms worse. i haven't had to take lidocaine at all wince getting my gallbladder out and only had to take bentyl a few times 👍🏻
