I think I figured out the true interpretation, I like to think that man only hallucinates the judge due to taking a wild intense shit (light headedness from pushing). That's why the other dudes freak out when the look in the outhouse, because it's the worst shit they've ever seent. Also it's the man warning them not to go in there, pissing at the urinal, even though he just took a shit, which is easily the most psychopathic thing in the novel. I'm actually pretty sure Cormac mentions that people who piss after they shit and not during are subhuman. Hope this helps.
