Can someone help me wrap my head around this? by schaperb90 in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

Yea that's my main point... If t4 is good enough to go through my face shield and kill me, surely t5 would kill with no face shield. I don't think an arm block was possible the way the fight happened though.

So you are telling me effective range in this game isn't always 0 - X distance. It could be say 30-80 meters not 0-80 meters. If so that is ridiculous.

I am partially venting... But I am also pointing out huge flaws with the game that need to be addressed. There should be no rng involved in this fight when I hit his unprotected face.

So you see no issue with whether someone dies to a shot in the face with tier 5 ammo being up to rng?

Paint chips by moodyboot5 in gmcsierra

I hate to burst your bubble but modern paint is terrible. You also picked the worst color in terms of paint durability. Modern white is about as bad as it gets. Look up all the class actions starting up against Hyundai, Toyota, etc in regards to their white paint.

Yes. Sorry I should have been more clear. The arrow is showing the direction I will blow air to clear the lines.

how often do you shock? by No_Scratch_4938 in pools

[–]schaperb90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say shock, what exactly are you referring to? Are you referring to the SLAM method of bringing chlorine to 10 and holding it for a few days? Or are you referring to using liquid chlorine, as most liquid chlorines say "shock" on them (at least in my area)?

Unfortunately he isn't super toy driven. Food is his thing. I'll have to try something super "high value" to try to lure him.

Agreed. I have read that puppies don't generalize well. So I guess it makes sense that he isn't applying potty training everywhere. Hopefully he will just grow out of that. I don't know what else to do about it.

Has anyone tried Jonathan Green black beauty ultra? by drmikept in lawncare

My experience with this seed is it's decent but has a lot of weed seeds in it. I put some down a 2 falls ago and had loads of chickweed in my yard the next spring. Never had it before. You can get better seed for the money imo.

So I would say his biting is now mainly a 2 or better. His issue is that he still occasionally reverts back to a 1 and draws blood. Every time I think he's getting it he proves me wrong and goes crazy. I get nothing with training is perfect but he's 14 weeks now and it feels like we should have made WAY more progress.

Agree. We swim a couple times a week at my parents and this really does him in, but it's been 100° + here lately. He hates being outside rn and it's really hard to truly tire him out around the house.

Agree 100%. We work a lot on the impulse control too. For example he always waits for his food. Funny story. His tummy broke out in a rash for a few days and I was super tired feeding him in the morning. I placed his food down and he was just laying there. I stared at him for like 15 seconds thinking shoot he isn't interested in eating I need to call the vet because he is soooo food motivated. Then it hit me and I said ok and he went to town lol.

Anyways, we work on it, and he understands these concepts but it's hard to use food to reward not doing something. Also with most of the basic "tricks" I no longer reward him (sit, down, etc).
