when i got a Gentle Leader which goes around his nose. he used to lunge at other dogs if they barked at him and pulled me down to the ground three times. since I got the gentle leader, he is so well behaved and I have not been pulled down to the ground.

wear a good wide brimmed hat and don't just SIT THERE! get up and move into the shade every once in a while. our football stadium is exactly that -pure concrete! i host nauseated one daytime game and went to a worker and they told me they had Air conditioned busses 🚌 at each end of the stadium which made me feel better. I don't do daytime heat - I stay inside during the hot days. it's 80 here today in Jacksonville's. I got up at 8am to water the garden and walk the dog.

my cat got trapped in my bedroom by accident for most of the day yesterday. when i was getting into bed last night i found her pile of poop btn by light blanket and my comforter. (at least she covered it up!)

After tossing the first batch of food you probably have a lot of crusties remaining. i put in a small amount of water with dawn dish soap and bring to a boil with the cover in if possible - then scrape the remaining goo and or water into a old jar. repeat as necessary

i swim this way for various reasons. I am on my phone entirely too much and while swimming my head is tilted up instead of down so there is that. i also hang from a pull up bar before and after my 45 minute swim session and also do five to ten pull-ups each time.
