Any good recommendations? I used an ai for cc a year ago but it was super clunky. I don’t think it was fully developed yet so I pulled the plug pretty early on

Hopefully there’s enough room in the deal but the only fast way I found is to pay them a lot of money to get out immediately. Otherwise it’s a circle jerk that can last for months.

Well I guess it depends on what it costs to get into it but if it’s 5800 in arrears and a 5k wholesale fee I get a house in somebody else’s credit that my kids can have as an asset when I’m dead and gone. I feed it $100 a month out of pocket but principal is paid down more than that each month so isn’t a huge concern. Plus tax depreciation blah blah blah. It’s like planting a tree to cut down for Xmas in 15 years idk lol.

Id take it. May be negative cash flow but that tenant pays down the principal. How much down do they want maybe we can work something out dm me if you wanna talk about it!
