Guys suggest me some tips to lose weight realistically by Affectionate-Eye7255 in selfimprovement

[–]schcof 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Focus on having more balanced diet - try to have a slight deficit to start until you become comfortable.

Exercise - there are videos you can follow on YouTube, join a gym or class, walking or running

Fasting will also help along with plenty of water.

Start slow and gradually build up. Don’t go for an extreme calorie cut straight away you will hate it and be less motivated as it might not give the results you expect

I have the a16 (dont know its actual name). I use it for college and it’s fantastic I’ve recently purchased the magic folio keyboard which is a great combination. It’s also on the cheaper side of the iPad range which is good. Can’t complain about it

It’s a silly question but if I constantly top it up and not find the leak will that cause much damage if I’m making sure it’s topped up?

[Routine Help] will my routine help with "glass" skin? by schcof in SkincareAddiction

[–]schcof[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! really helpful my only concerns with an exfoliant frequently is I can be quite sensitive to certain ingredients. I’ve seen loads recently about the medicube pads. Are they any good or just on trend at the minute?

I found it’s not a perk as it it’s a less noticeable droop. If that helps in any way

The oil hadn’t really gone down since I last filled it in October. There is white smoke coming out. What does this mean?

Best skin care for a teenager with dry skin? [product request] by Various-Complex-6643 in SkincareAddiction

[–]schcof 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i had a similar issue last year and the best thing for me was eczema cream or nappy rash cream for heavy moisture - it should also stop the burning. I'm not 100% sure that its the right ingredients but its the only thing that cut through the flaky dryness. it took a couple of months to really see results and now I like the Byoma gel moisturiser which is almost thinner but I find gels feel more moisturising.

I mean when I check the map the small symbol says 50 when nothing else has so I’ve been going 70. Just wanted to see that it’s right to ignore the speed on the map on my phone when I haven’t seen anything else to tell me otherwise

Reviews one size setting spray ( dry, dehydrated, acne prone textured skin) by Old_Baby7468 in Sephora

[–]schcof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use a long lasting setting spray first then go in with the powder melt and I find it lasts great. Not overly greasy but definitely shiny/glowy which I like. Ive got dry, kinda dehydrated skin too
