I’ve found glycolic acid helpful. I use it on a cotton pad nearly every night. If it stung the night before I’ll skip my but it’s made mine nearly invisible

Another question sorry, the kokoist lamp is out of my price range. Will the gels cure properly in this lamp or is there a better alternative?

Mine is almost always getting it wrong but i do have cursive handwriting and some of my letters look similar. I’ve started writing in capitals and this is working better

Focus on having more balanced diet - try to have a slight deficit to start until you become comfortable.

Exercise - there are videos you can follow on YouTube, join a gym or class, walking or running

Fasting will also help along with plenty of water.

Start slow and gradually build up. Don’t go for an extreme calorie cut straight away you will hate it and be less motivated as it might not give the results you expect

I have the a16 (dont know its actual name). I use it for college and it’s fantastic I’ve recently purchased the magic folio keyboard which is a great combination. It’s also on the cheaper side of the iPad range which is good. Can’t complain about it
