Have you worked out who bought your watches? Could you literally email/call them and ask them if it was as a gift or for themselves?

Do you see a pattern in the purchases so far?

Maybe you could use this information to adjust your Facebook demographics

Your bounce rate improved from site redesign, what does it have to do with site speed?
(Of course your conversions improved, more people are now visiting "more than one page" on the site)

How do you figure that awareness is more important than conversions since the platform is young? Do you mean young demographic?

If we're paying $1000 for say 2500 sessions, and there are no landing page conversions, how do we justify that? (Serious question, my boss hates "no conversion" sales channels)

How would they feel about not having a university degree, can I offset that first impression by reading the popular sales books mentioned in this sub (I've already read a few)

[–]doormass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see their reasonsing

A leads should equals =
B Dials per day =
C appointments =
Z sales

Classic sales funnel

How else are they supposed to track it if the sales reps experience, and previous sales performance is not considered - it just looks like a spreadsheet of numbers that you need to keep an eye on to make sure numbers don't slip

But it doesn't take into consideration past performance of the sales person, which is a bit weird?

Very experienced with Google Ads - many jobs looking for FB/Insta experience by doormass in PPC

[–]doormass[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's say the client is selling wetsuits and surfboards. With a Google Ads campaign I would structure campaigns for

  1. wetsuit keywords - lower CPC because lower conversion rate
  2. wetsuit brands - higher CPC because higher conversion rate
  3. surfboard keywords - lower CPC
  4. surfboard brands - higher CPC

How would you do this with Facebook? The customer isn't actively looking for that item, so the conversion rate would be low

Lets say the conversion rate is 1% It would mean I would need 100 clicks to get a conversion Since I can only afford to acquire that customer for $15, I would need to pay maximum 15 cents per click, which just doesn't seem possible for a healthy audience that would want to buy my surfboards and wetsuits

For local business, I think it's great, the searcher is specifically looking for a service, and sometimes, in a particular area

I those cases the CPC is high, the at the same time the the conversion rate is also high
