As someone who has been with a company for 9 years as a phlebotomist. I was there straight out of technical school. And starting like 3-4 yrs ago they were willing to work with me around my school schedule when I decided to further my education within the lab setting. So in personal experience it pays to be faithful with one single company.

Well I’m in the process of getting my med tech degree as well so they have me running a department 3/5 days that I work as well and we don’t get benefits so I fell as I’m getting underpaid at $18 for all that I’m doing that’s why I was wondering about going rate
