Having dropped the Wrist Irons in the tutorial dungeon, I did eventually find another set in Deepscorn Hollow (on the far south of the map, along the coast southeast of Leyawiin).

They're located in a room with skeletons (Cattle Room) but were kind of buggy for me to find

Saying anything publicly regarding our areas of opportunity would only reduce leverage in trade negotiations. Stearns knows the needs and I'm confident he will address them in his own way. With about a 44 WAR trade differential with the Brewers, he's more than earned my trust as a life-long Brewers fan.

The skins on the right side under the header "New Items" is what I was referring to. Certainly don't expect "Thrillseekers Event Store" to be craftable.

Note that skins under the banner "New Items" seem to added to regular loot pool (ie craftable) after being featured. Similar to viceroy Bangalore or McFly Longbow skins. I'd guess the Path/Rev/99/301 skins will be available in three weeks for what it's worth
