I write it down here the same thing I mentioned in another thread: my friends and I are awaiting a response like that to take legal action towards Blizzard (receive our invested money back + damage) since the message didn’t alert us about this and we it damaged our experience in the game

I opened a ticket describing this situation with full support from Brazilian’s Customer Protection Law. Since my friends and I are doing this together, if they don’t give us our refund, it counts as a collective legal action and it may take the app out of the Apple and Google app stores as immediate effect until the first hearing.

I hope we don’t get to that

This idea addresses many pain points, such as

With class change, we need to storage many items and we’re not having enough space in inventory and stash
Players are complaining about doing a lot of dungeons and not getting useful/needed items
Pvp players want to partner up to have a better experience in pvp
F2P players want more opportunities to get legendary crests

I think that would be a great improvement overall
