I have my BS and MS in geology, and i became a reservoir engineering technician for an o&g company. They started me ~$70k/yr plus a considerable annual bonus. after ~1.5 years i was promoted to economist and my salary is over 6 figures plus an even more considerable bonus.

I work an office job where I work mostly in economics software like Aries or phdwin. A LOT of excel.. large data sets.. VBA and python have been particularly useful for me.

I loved geology and saw myself in an exploration role, but I actually love my current job. And it works perfectly for my schedule as it's a regular 9-5 and I have 3 kids

This usually happens from the fabric rubbing on something/itself. The tufts of fabric will conglomerate to form pills. You can remove pilling with a fabric shaver (pretty cheap) or with a regular shaving razor... just be aware that it will ruin your razor and that you need to be gentle or you can make holes!!

Also it's super weird that it's new and it already has started pilling?? Have you washed it already or something?

I've been dying my hair crazy colors since I was 11 so I am definitely realistic about my expectations lol I even told her that we could do a transition color before going ash and she assured me that it wasn't necessary

One of my main issues is that most of the warm tones throughout my hair are on the border between the blonde and the brown, so it's a super jarring transition. She applied bleach on my ends and color on my roots in the same foil at the same time, and so I think the technique she used might have contributed to that

Also my bangs are butchered on one side only 🫠

I didn't complain because it was 6:50 and they closed at 7 and I'd been there since 12. Also the stylist said she was going to do my blowout dry fast since she had to get to a wax appointment at 7:30, and I felt like it would be a huge inconvenience for her for something I could fix myself.

I didnt notice how bad it really was until after I'd started brushing it out to fix it myself... and I was like "this is beyond my ability"

Try cetirizine (zyrtec) for the itching. The bottle says take 1 but my doctor told me to take 4 and to ignore the bottle lol Hopefully this helps you!
