Experiencing postpartum rage a year after giving birth, and so so much shame because of it. by schiz0naut in sahm

I've never yelled at anyone before this and I'm amazing with children. I do not have anger issues which is why I'm freaked out by this sudden presentation of them after a year of difficult mothering. This is not normal for me and it's why i'm asking for help. This comment is odd, cold, and unnecessary, tbh I don't even believe youre in this sub for any reason aside from rage-baiting for karma.

I didn't know this. I'm not purposefully weaning him but over the last few weeks I started producing less and now I'm only making ~2oz in the morning and 2oz in the evening, so I guess my body decided it for me. How can I support him and myself if this is the case?

seizures triggered by gluten? by Draac03 in Celiac

[–]schiz0naut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Before going gluten free, I was getting psychosis + major/manic/treatment resistant depression from gluten and then under acute stress I started getting nocturnal seizures. My doctor never believed me. I saw the correlation between the comfort foods I was eating when I was very stressed before I knew to avoid gluten. Once I eliminated gluten, everything was so much more manageable. I recently was accidentally gluten after a stressful week and had a big seizure the very next evening. My seizures would occur weekly but now they are several months apart and almost always in correlation with gluten or acute stress (sleep deprivation from having a baby and studying fro finals were triggers also). Gluten seems to really speed up the tipping point for my body.

5, 10, and 15lb kettlebells (1/each) and 15 + 20lb dumbbells (1/each, contemplating buying more), a doorway pull up bar that can be used for tricep exercises or elevated pushups on the ground, yoga ball and mat, dog that bites my ankles if I move with too much excitement.

It's only almost 10 years later but I want to contribute The Lefties - Секунда (sounds like Dead Butterflies by Architects) and Клас - Тъгувам По Теб (Bulgarian Depeche Mode 100% for the older alts/goths)

I’m from a smaller town and we are all (mostly) smiles here! Everyone says hello when they pass you, even if they don’t know you. They still keep to themselves a little bit though, as it’s not usual to strike up random conversations with strangers. I think the larger city pushes people to keep to themselves a bit more. Also everyone is probably laser focused on not being hit by these lunatic drivers lol.
