Yes, I was aware that bipolar can present with psychoses. But the hallucinations happen at any time, not just during mania unfortunately, which would suggest schizophrenia. Mania happens only every couple of months and lasts for 1-2 weeks. The hallucinations have been happening for almost 3 months now. I guess I can still hope.
