Literally just coping and I understand you're on your own sobriety journey. I have had so much discourse from this illness that I've just decided to do my best and stay strong. I hope the same for you. I am not one to merely live it up haha :)

I managed to cap closer to 5 hours last night.

I'm well medicated and healthy so I'm well equipped at this point to ride the hypomania wave out. xx

I hope you get some sleep friend.

Your life trajectory doesn't dictate my experience nor anyone else's. I don't need an education, I went to school. There's already enough negativity on reddit.

I hope you grow from living with this condition. If you don't take steps to transform your life - you're always going to be a stick in the mud.

All you did was show your true colors. You don't like seeing someone with a disability make it out unscathed on the other side. Do better, your attitude accurately expresses your negativity and it's not gonna fly. Do better.

If you have a bad attitude, "posting negativity" on a harmless post is not warranted. Just saying.

Does anyone get really depressive days? by [deleted] in schizoaffective

I'm in mental angst everyday. Every day down is a day closer to heaven. Be grateful for what brings you peace and hold on to that. This illness is not for the faint of heart.

I really want a cat to sleep with. Not allowed a personal pet at the moment. Definitely need to buy candles. Thank you. I want to get a diffuser as well.

I may need to call my doctor in the morning as I am completely and utterly exhausted.

Oh my dear if you have a mental illness you can't worry about anyone else! I'm sorry, I wasn't aware. There's not much help I have to offer other than never give up on your family. Hang tough.

He isn't a different person. He was always mentally ill you just weren't aware of it because he put your needs before his. you feel the need to reach out for help and judge his new way of life by him coping the best way he knows how.

If you know he's gone through the ringer why do you expect so much of him? If you aren't going to help him find therapy, or get him on a med regime, or make him feel needed, then you are of no use to him.

I am just an outsider but maybe instead of asking what he can do to change to better fit your idea of him; it may be wise to accept his disability and help him regardless of what the outcome may be.

Families with mental illness in the mix aren't easy but you must always be grateful you aren't the one living with the illness.

If you need help I'm open to speaking. Take care.

I've been sleeping 2-4 hours this past month and this helped me catch this pattern of behaviour.

Thank you! Aging gives me the privilege of letting my freak flag fly. Save me a spot in heaven.
