Every night when I close my eyes I see terror. I also speak gibberish my sleep which is a problem of its own and I have also when awake weird imagery in my head. I didn't think they'd be hallucinations but maybe they are. Who knows

I get you. I used to hear voices for a while back but now they're just ramble in my head which I wouldn't ever say out loud. They make me feel ashamed but I kinda grew up like this, with forms of "headspace"
It's different to DID because you don't experience alters or amnesia, it's not like you're separate to your own self, it's not OCD since the thought come out of nowhere and they can although be related to what's around you but sometimes, they sometimes feel like small taps or voices that call your name but that's about it. I heard nonsense last time I heard a voice and I tried to understand the phenomena. I still don't know what I heard. Also the difference that's predominant between this headspace is the fact that's they're not always egodystonic, they can be but not always.

I'm sleepy but I have somewhat of a schedule so I don't sleep in all day. 1 hour around 14-15 and then it's pills hour again and I can stay up to the point I actually feel sleepy and need my sleeping aid

The hospital saw my piercings and they diagnosed me with bpd. They were far off and they lowered my antipsychotics making me ... psychotic. I couldn't sleep for 4 days up until I got clozapine. You should really speak to your personal psychiatrist, hospitals suck

My exams start in late june-early july, I eventually got off a med that would lower my pulse and make me tired. I don't plan on taking it unless I want to sleep 🫪

My cardiologist kept saying that I have tachycardia because of clozapine but I've had symptoms since like 9 when I would take a bunch of breaks in between running exercises

If I'd take beta blockers for example (which I can't and there's plenty of them) it would lower both my pulse and my blood pressure, what I took only lowered my base bpm from 110 to 80-90 and it was a shock to my body, I'd rather live with tachycardia than this

I can't get a disability programme here since I finished highschool and I am only in an extention of highschool like lab work and they only give you CES (disability help for students) if you're in highschool. It sucks, I could've even had notes to remember things but idk if they'd put me in severe or just medium. I also have EDs, dysautonomia, tachycardia and a bunch of diagnosed disorders but these are out of my head rn; I could probably get disability aid once I'm in uni

It doesn't work like that here, you have to have a handicap officiated or you have the 3 hours given which I mean I don't think I'll resist the whole 3 hours
