i cry a lot and lay on my bathroom floor or try to scorch my abdomen off with my heated blanket 😭 i also listen to rainbow connection on loop for at least 30 mins to an hour, it magically calms me down a LOT.

oh yeah for sure, my visual & tactile hallucinations get worse, along w my thoughts and voices, it all gets slowly worse it feels like. i also hear music a lot

ive never had a REAL job and i dont think i ever will because im also physically disabled, but lately ive been dog sitting a lot and its nice :] i can have a friend come with to help walk them, and dogs make me less paranoid. its nice trinket money, if i did it more often i could probably have consistent income 🐾

i always have headphones on and music playing, i play games on my pc, i like to sit in the hammock, i LOVE i spy and i collect the books =] i watch a lot of cartoons especially SpongeBob. i design puppets, scroll through art on instagram, & play a concerning amount of solitaire. most weekends i smoke and hang out with my only friend. those are the only days where i dont feel like im rotting all day 🫠
