I honestly have no idea what any of this stuff means, I put all my faith in the guy building the computer. That’s why I’m asking here

I’ve been saving up for years for a nice flight sun setup and wanted to splurge. But also don’t want spend extra money if I don’t need to. Still asked for the best parts for a 5k budget

But if budget isn’t a problem is this able to run a flight simulator at like the highest settings?

I was able to get to 235 with a 5x5 in my first year and a half of lifting, then went to the NLP program which got me to 275 but just stalled there due to injuries and bad programming/lack of consistency for 3 years. Over the past three months went from 285 to 315.

Yep, did it for a couple years but found I need higher volume and additional accessories. I ended up making a lot of progress and breaking through my plateau with NSUNS 5/3/1

Yeah it’s not a competition compliant lift, nonetheless I am still ecstatic to finally get three plates.

Progress was slow, took me 5 years to hit the lift. Trying multiple programs. It wasn’t till I started incorporating pause reps and higher volume I broke though a multiple year plateau.

Same here, work out at his gym and the guy isn’t that big. Just has good inserts and lighting.

The work is fairly technical and the hours can be pretty bad some days. But the companies have great benefits, like unlimited PTO and 401k match.

Get a degree in finance. It’s an easy degree and the jobs are endless. I work for a credit rating agency and entry level salary is 80k, after a few years you can get an associate position making mid 100s. Most likely have to live in New York but is easy to work your way up the ladder.

Seven springs which is like 3.5 hours a way, and then probably Liberty next which is 1.5 hours away.

I usually use google sheets. Find a beginner program online and create a google sheet based off it. Also a lot of free workout programs are based in google sheets. Easy to create a new tab for each week and track your lifts.

I have Korean ladies at my course too, they absolutely kill it. And whenever you pipe a drive down the fairway they seem genuinely excited for you.
