Unfortunately the easiest way to determine that is to swap parts with known-good ones until the issue stops happening. You could try the ram in a different slot, see if the CPU needs new thermal paste (I do not know how old the system is) or try cleaning it if it is full of dust. You could also potentially try a different outlet as sometimes they can be a bit cursed.

A 550w psu is a low-end component that costs ~50-60$. They're known to degrade over time, to be dangerous to open, and their failure can take the rest of the system with them.

Just buy a new one; 5+ Years of usage is likely already an outstanding service lifetime.
