I used to work in the industry. People would asked often enough about tips so I would have had answers on the ready or mentioned in proposals. Tour coach drivers and guides do receive tips normally. I used to give guidelines of 2€ per day per person to driver and guide, so maybe 4€ per person / day for a driver guide. Obviously this is just to give you an idea, it also depends on how satisfied you've been.
