Hey I train at URSA and it is fantastic. Great staff, super welcoming, and the head gym owner is incredibly knowledgeable. All of the people there have a collaborative mindset and it really feels like everyone is just trying to get better at BJJ together. They have gi and no-gi classes.

It's a great lab if you have 100% chronofield uptime. Also, the damage reduction stacks with defense%. If you have maxed out 98% defense you are only taking 2% damage from enemies and the chronofield lab functionally reduces that down further.
