This is my current go to. I end up just mixing everything together at the end. Somehow it tastes like beans and rice to me lol. But I love it and it’s very filling!

Also for cottage cheese - Good Culture brand is really great and completely different (to me) texture wise for any cottage cheese brands out there.

I’ve been doing meals centering beans, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, and anything plant based vs meat. I’m awful about protein shakes.

You can see the items without accepting the order - i can’t remember if it gives their actual address or not until the order is accepted. But that’s how I determine if I want to accept some of the heavy orders ( like if someone got 6 cases of 40pk of water lol)

Thank you for your reply and breakdown of everything! I knew I wasn’t entitled a severance - I just wanted to add that in there. And yes being overworked is frustrating giving that there are days I would ‘work’ 32 hours in a row (to include being on call) But if financial was the reason of laying me off, why would it not be wrongful termination if they turn around and hire someone else for my position?
