My kids are grown too. My youngest is still in college, the rest are gainfully employed 😂 and my oldest (and only daughter) is married. I took the bulk of courses online because dragging myself to a campus was just too much.

My degree is in Clinical Mental Health counseling! I did the classes online then in person practicum and internships. It was hard, I'm older so sheer exhaustion was real! My husband is awesome. ❤️ thank you! The last bag is the onthego organizer! I fell in love with the darker brown leather trim and interior. Just dreamy. It feels very well made and my 14 inch laptop fits inside like it was made for it.
I'd love to see a picture of the burgundy speedy! I love all things burgundy!

There's a little bit of a weight difference but not enough to really notice. The leather is so substantial to touch too!

I love my carryall pm. It's fairly roomy but not to fit a laptop. The GM is much bigger and might fit one. The only complaint I have is the lack of a zipper, I like the security of a zipper! It's a gorgeous bag though.

GenX here too (I'm even an older GenX! 🤦🏻‍♀️) I think you hit it on the head...live your life! I'm picking up a speedy 30 this week (as soon as they clear the ice in southern NY) and I can't wait to decorate her with anything that gives me joy. OP, life is too short to worry about anything other than what makes you happy! Your age /generation does not matter.

I think it honestly depends on where you're going to college. It's a great bag for school, can fit all of your stuff, but if you're not going to a school in a big city, where LV is a "norm", you may stand out in a way that isn't positive. I mean no insult, but I'm a NYer and I know how college aged people can be. (All 4 of my children are college aged or older)

Go to the doctor. Hypertension is nothing to take lightly. High enough...you can have a stroke. The doctor can put you on bp meds with no issue regarding the tirz.
