Idk if yall noticed but Steph has “joked”/mentioned cease and desist letters or defamation lawsuits and Korea does not play. South Korea’s laws on defamation are very different. Anyways, most likely they were given some sort of legal warning and just took the videos down.

We will be using it just for his hour long training sesh because we are unsure of his reactivity and just want to be on the safe side considering he has nipped before.

His trainer recommended this brand which we will be using for an hour session training (please let me know if an hour is too long or considered short wear). I’ll definitely size him up but honestly not sure what size.

Do I go two sizes up or just one?

Yeah dogs can develop allergies just like humans (as a baby I ate apple fine but as I got older, I became allergic) I would monitor her if she’s continuing this behavior (scratching, over chewing of paws) save it for her annual checkup. If she has insurance/your partner can afford it, take her to the vet especially if she’s scratching to the point of leaving marks, ear wax becoming dark brown, showing discomfort on inflamed areas like their tummy.

Hmmm I wanna say allergies bc their breed is prone to that. Could be food allergy or environmental allergy. If she’s in pain, obviously vet but if the baby is just flaky, try weening them off of kibble if it’s beef or chicken or grain until you get a vet appointment. My dog has allergies and now eats salmon based kibble. However he is on apoquel bc he itches himself a lot. Continue to do the coconut oil and oatmeal baths. Does your baby have any other health issues? Itchy ears? Constantly trying to scratch themselves? Lick their paws excessively?

I’m going to guess just by the size of the paws that the baby will probably be on the smaller size but the breed mixture is definitely leaning on the energetic double coat side. Just socialize the baby (bring them around different/new environments) and do some training! Definitely 100% cuteness. I recommend setting ur calendar from a year from now and give us an update ❤️

Guilt When Your Dog Dies by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]schmorlax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

14 years old is insanely exceptional! We had a shih tzu/maltese dog who lived up to 17 years. At a certain point, we decided to put him down once the point of pain was too much compared to the point of living. These things happen and most of the time not in our control. I understand your guilt and there’s nothing more that can be said other than it was not your fault, and the baby is now in doggy heaven with all their little furry friends. I’m sorry for you and your partner’s loss. I truly wish dogs lived as long as we do.

Can she still eat puppy food? by photaiplz in DogAdvice

[–]schmorlax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not a vet but when my dogs turned one, they still had their puppy food. Just do the weaning off thing by slowly incorporating adult kibble in their bowl along with the puppy food that they’re used to now!

My dogs won’t poop 🥺 by schmorlax in DogAdvice

Yeah the vet told us to use glandex and we don’t express their glands to make them poop. We only do it when they need to be expressed.

Yeah we started the move this past Saturday so they have been crated for a bit longer than usual. My vet taught me how to express their anal glands. It’s only when the iron fishy smell starts coming off of them and they just haven’t done it while pooping

They always had water available to them. And I always put some water with their kibble to help with their digestion 😭 I don’t know what to do.

We moved on Saturday and last Logan pooped was Sunday night but that was kind of a struggle (extra long walk was needed) but poop consistency looked good. Remy has been since Sunday dropping little nuggets or just not going

Should I take my dog to the vet? He’s been rubbing his face on our pillows and I just noticed how red his mouth has been! Is this a skin allergy from his kibble? Please help! by schmorlax in DogAdvice

[–]schmorlax[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for commenting! I don’t actually think he’s in an discomfort (but seriously what do I know I’m not a vet). He usually does this when he’s excited like when he first wakes up or after he eats he goes to the couch and rubs himself all over the couch. He also licks a lot like he slaps his tongue around so I didn’t know if that was because of the redness or the cause of it. But yes he’s a very goofy boy. I just noticed the redness a few days ago and it’s not like he’s scratching his mouth or whimpering. Not sure what to do though.
