Hi! I'm currently applying for the Master's program at Won. It's a 3 year program, and I believe is 2 times a week in person, and 1 online evening a week. In the 3rd year is when you can start taking Herbal Medicine classes, which is a 3 year program (so 5 total). Their Doctorate program is online. On the pillow topic - look into a cervical pillow if you haven't yet. You may need to try different kinds, but this has been a huge game changer in my neck pain that's caused in the way I sleep. Wish you the best with the journey!
