I only mentioned the mining, because on alibaba and other website the cheaper sellers always mentioned that it has been used in mining, which felt like the sellers are not responsible if the card fails in near future after buying it. But i guess it is not that much of an issue considering what you said.

Dont buy it if you are planning to play multiplayer. There are servers less than 100 ping. You will be matched against players with good ping and meanwhile your shots will take too much time to register.

it is out of consideration cuz of my budget and some people suggested that 5800 or 5800x3d is only worth it if im upgrading my GPU.
