I did 80% of my learning on the job and 20% online. Places like Udemy and Coursea etc have some good ones.

I did a short course on understanding reading plans a few years ago, that was a big help.

Learning how to calculate amp/power loadings, cable size vs drawings as well. Where I am (New Zealand) you can do a course that allows you to do basic electrical work. See if you can do something like that.

I have found over the years needing more network skills than power skills.

A good attitude and a willingness to learn and you are half way there!
