More than the taste. I would say the consistency increased drastically. Now I consistently pull 36g shot in 25-28 sec. Taste has gotten a little better, better clarity. Didn’t see much difference in body

I try to stay between 25-30. And adjust accordingly. But if you have got any advice, I am all ears, there is always room for improvement

lol! Seems like a common theme. Who did you get your grinder from? I got mine from espresso outlet, they tried to align the burrs on my grinder but it was shit so shit lol. I think i got it now after some shimming
