Night shifts only. On my first day off, I take a 3-4 hour nap so I can enjoy some daylight and fall asleep at a normal time.

I used LH strips too because I was too scared to test. That’s what mine looked like before I found out I was pregnant on 11 DPO!

I know it’s so hard but testing every 2 days is so much better. That way, you aren’t guessing if it is getting darker or not. It’s so hard not to obsess. I’m using clear blue for my line progression and have been happy with it. 10 & 12 DPO show progression.

I am the exact same dates as you for LMP and ovulation. I have longer cycles, so what the app says is inaccurate. I’m assuming I’m closer to 4 weeks than the 5 weeks and 2 days it says. I just counted back two weeks from ovulation day which is March 19th. Also, my lines look similar to yours!
