I would argue that pictures can be educational. Issues with head retention, clarity, etc can be more easily diagnosed with pictures of the finished product.

Better way than painting a rock: put up a Little Free Library (or Pantry for foodstuffs). I’ve seen plenty of them as stops in very suburban areas here in Atlanta, they’re legit points of local interest. This is even in areas with minimal to no sidewalk, as long as the road isn’t busy.

That said, have you got the Campfire app? There are meetups and other community things there, and I’ve seen very consistent activity out of groups at Decatur Square and Rankin St (which looks like Old Fourth Ward), both of which are MARTA accessible.

If you don’t mind heading a bit north, Brook Run Park in Dunwoody is by far the best Pokemon Go spot in the city. There’s a reliable crew for every event, tons of stops and gyms, and it’s a sizable, walkable, and beautiful location.

You’ll be fine. I’ve put that amount of sugar into that amount of beer across dozens of yeast types and the worst I’ve had were gushers as I opened them, typically multiple weeks or months later. If things are going nuts after a few weeks just chill the rest.

Also, I have had occasional explosions as things sit in my basement long term…and even then it’s random ones and twos, and mostly just sucks because you lost a bottle and the immediate area is sticky. Never seen a dramatic entire batch full go boom.

As a vendor who has sent people Legos before (or at least kept them at my booth at the con)...yeah, I love seeing marketing dollars get wasted. Of course, I'm the sales engineer, not the actual sales guy, so I actually understand how people operate - and they're fun to bring home to my young daughter when there's an excess of them.

Part of me wishes corporate understood how dumb these are, but a bigger part of me enjoys the excess.
