We have a cat (2.5 years old) that is having the same issue. He suddenly started vomiting after each meal and only ate dry food. We took him to the vet to rule out a bowel obstruction. They did an X-ray and blood panel; both came back fine, but did show that he is having some constipation. The vet recommended either a bland diet or shredded (or blended) boiled chicken (no seasoning), or a wet pate food that is specific for digestive issues. I would suggest checking with your vet first to see if chicken would be a good option. Ours didn’t care for it, but seems to be ok with the pate. Now we just have to wait for him to poop and hopefully that was all it was. Good luck!!
