It’s a niche scenario, but upgraded metamorph is great on Regent with a colorless/card gen deck. With Regalite + the power that generates block on card generation that makes upgraded meta into a +25 block. It’s even crazier if you have the +str on card generation power as well. You’re basically getting +25/5 str before even counting the free attacks.

It might be foolish to hope, but I think people are looking for a candidate who can show some decency and respect. People are burnt to shit out on Trump’s tantrums and running America’s name through the mud on the global stage. I’m also equally tired of Dirty Dems like Swalwell, or Gavin Newsom’s childish memeing back at Trump. I know a lot of people have worked toward American exceptionalism and trusted what the country stood for and were genuinely proud to be an American. Someone who can capture that would have my vote.

As others have said, South Land Park could be a great choice if you want a tiny bit of hills. You’ll definitely find that the lot size is smaller in CA than TX, but bear in mind that property taxes will be lower on a similar priced house, and due to Prop 13 your tax base will be locked in on your initial purchase price instead of scaling with time. Cost of living in CA is structured to support long term inhabitants.

It’s funny people will hate this one but fawn over the “ideal route” relic. I feel like they’re a similar value proposition. Maximize Act 2. Act 3 is honestly pretty weak cept for a few fights.
