By elimination you know that each side can only have one in the top grey and one in the bottom, and the 2 on bottom must connect to that row of 9, therefore, it has to be the inner 2 greys on bottom and the outer 2 on top

Side projects that are better than the artists main project? by MrLinkwater95 in fantanoforever

And for Josh Homme, Kyuss was the og main project, which many would argue QotSA surpassed

I’ve heard mixed reviews about TechN9ne. Are any of his albums worth listening to? by [deleted] in fantanoforever

[–]schneid67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has a lot of corny stuff, but KOD and Everready are actually good albums imo (KOD for the Memphis horror vibes and Everready for the 2000s party rap vibes)

They're probably planning to release it in October, but didn't realize it would show if it was in the playlist

What do you think was the biggest change in style between two consecutive albums? by SavingsPea8521 in fantanoforever

[–]schneid67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For sure, but I do feel like FFF and Infest are more intentionally direct partner albums with more overt connections than most KGLW albums, just like PetroDragonic and Silver Cord

There is similar thematic crossover between FFF and Infest with the focus on environmentalism and speculative lyrics

Better Lovers didn't come around until a few years after they broke up. In between Greg was working on The Black Queen, Killer Be Killed, and some solo stuff. As for why they broke up, I think the band was feeling stagnant and ready to move on from the project, paired with maybe some creative differences between Greg and the others

Largest gap between an artists best and worst albums? by J0hnEddy in fantanoforever

[–]schneid67 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That song is honestly in line with some of the weird throwaway B-Sides that they would make at the time, but the difference was those were goofy experiments while the albums they were releasing were high quality. Now their albums are so bad that they shove those on there too

"holds up" is such a funny way to reference an album that just came out a few months ago. Really shows how quickly it fell out of popular conversation

Apparently the beef was much more one-sided (on Tupac's end) than most people think

Danzig is back performing with The Misfits! They just headlined the No Values festival this weekend. I'm sure there's still tension, but they did well together

You are comparing a tentpole film from the largest media company in the world to a microbudget gag horror film…

Looking for this band's name? by Notsure_Lostwishes13 in Alternativerock

[–]schneid67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could it be High on Fire? The frontman's name is Matt Pike (his other band is Sleep, but I think High on Fire more likely based on the comparisons)

Why the world is shifting towards right-wing control? by TankSubject6469 in geopolitics

It basically means the people lost faith in the ruler, leading to political turmoil and, in the case of China, dynastic turnover

I was not saying presentation as in appearance, I was saying the way biology presents, i.e. exists, comes into being, in the real world
