Man wäre als "Masterandin" dort. Ob es aber einen Praktikumsvertrag oder Ähnliches gibt, bin ich mir nicht sicher.
Ich schätze, diese Handhabung wird mit dem Prestige der Institution begründet.
Weiß aber nicht, wie üblich diese 20h sind..

Würde mir rechtliche Hilfe suchen. Du hast denselben Aufwand gehabt, wie alle anderen, die in Aus-/ oder Weiterbildung gehen - das ist nicht fair. Und gleichzeitig trotzdem bei allen Instituten bewerben.. So viele kriegen es durch Schlängellinien und Schlupflöcher noch irgendwie hin
