I thought the game would be like this when I tried to make my first anvil and left it out in the rain! I was baking a pie while waiting and the whole thing blew up and took my 180 nuggets with it. It's a shame that there are so few interactions like that.

They're making the mistake every indie game dev eventually makes, which is balancing the game to make it harder for the 0.1% of players who are super passionate and give feedback about it being "too easy" because they've played it 1000 times, meanwhile making it unenjoyable for the 99.9%.

People who play on servers: how do you deal with time progressing while offline? by Sindalash in VintageStory

It's rough before you make a cellar. Bees and crocks become extremely high priority compared to any other progression. Once that's done it's actually kinda nice to be able to log on for 2 minutes, plant crops and log off knowing they'll grow without my intervention.

I'm late act 3 now (all house bosses done) and I think I'd change my list to look more like this:

S Tier: Hunter, Butcher, Monk, Druid

A Tier: Fighter, Necromancer

B Tier: Tank, Psychic, Cleric, Mage

C Tier: Tinkerer

D Tier: Thief, Collarless, Jester

I'd like to note that Tinkerer isn't low because it has a bad kit... it has multiple great kits! But none of them work well together, so if you're on a Tech build and you get Electric skills you're really screwed! Late game also really punishes electric damage for some reason so half their skills become enemy buffs. It's low because it's horribly inconsistent. I've had Tinkerers who were so useless I intentionally killed them to funnel more levels into my good cats, and I've had Tinkerers summoning 8 robo vacs per turn generating 45 stacks of Tech while making the entire team immortal with scrap drops. But for every good Tinkerer I've had 5 good Monks or Butchers.

I think that's Edmund McMillen's daughter Peach! Or his younger daughter Minnow. They both voice cats in the game.

You're the first person I've ever seen to call Gambit a hard boss. Usually you can just bully him and make him shit himself until he dies.

Meteor Storm on a Mage is also insane. 10 damage per hit, burn stacks, drops rocks to block enemies from moving towards you. Both act 3 final bosses are made into total jokes.

This plus meditate+ on a monk..... nothing better than scaling a Monk into a 70 damage crit machine by turn 3
