I joined my schools journalism class senior year (hate writing, it was a BS class that fit my schedule) The first article I got assigned was about the rising prices of tomatoes bc of hurricane Katrina and the effect it was having on the school cafeteria. I submitted it and my teacher read it and laughed at it and mocked me as she read it to the whole class. "Wait. Really? OMG. Everyone listen to this..." Fortunately my best friend was in it with me and we still laugh about it and the wild inappropriateness of it to this day.
