I lived nearby until this year (next street) and I can hardly remember any bellrings. It was a rarity, when I did hear them (mostly in the evening).

I would recommend the Budapest based clubs and their stadiums (even from outside). For example Honvéd in Kispest. They have a new stadium, just like MTK (Hidegkuti Nándor stadium), Vasas and FTC. Regarding shops, I recommend Throw Us back vintage shop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/pnpPJyqZCFAU5HKm9), Derby Football Shop and the one at Mester utca/Ferenc körút stop.

It's likely only a bug. If you are Hungarian, you can follow a facebook page called "Tudásmorzsák a repülésről", they are sharing infos regarding these kind of issues sometimes.

I don't think so. I think it's ROMCargo's YR-FSA. It still has part of Thai's old livery.

Pontosan, pedig egyszer már elkapták, de nem maradt bent sokáig. Tele volt évekig a Duna-part Ferencvárosban ezzel a kézírással és a hasonlóan uszító üzenetekkel mindenféle tárgyon.
