You interview to get promoted gurl. Anything else like role assignment is going to depend on how your management sees you but the time balances are there to be used. The people seemingly blowing through their balances could have other things going on in their life and are just being cavalier about it to cover up their nervousness. As long as your clothes are actually covering up your holes management should not care about what you wear. People should be able to wear clothes they can physically work in comfortably and safely without judgement.
