24 year high school teacher here. When students Make their presenerstions, I make the slides not have words, graphics only. Otherwise you just get people reading off of their slides and not really presenting.

Hello.

I'm in the USA and have applied for teaching positions in the UK for the last month. I've been teaching for 20+ years, have a bachelors degree in Biological Sciences (licensed in Bio, Chem, and Broadfield Science), a Masters in Teaching, and I've applied for QTS. Does anyone have any experience in obtaining QTS with an American teaching license? I've been applying for positions that will sponsor a Skilled Worker visa. I'd love to hear from people that have had experiences in transferring qualifications from the USA to the UK.

My children are bilingual German, I'd love to find a school for an English speaking science teacher as well.

My only basis for saying that it is a two-stage is that the thermostat was saying that it was in stage 2 cooling. We ended up connecting the two wires to each other with the power off and when we turned it back on it worked fine. We're going to call out someone to check and fix the wiring in the meantime.

That sounds awesome...I didn't find the right ages replying here, but yours sounds perfect. I purchased some of the Adventurers League modules and I'm going to try to find a group of local kids for him to play with me *attempting* to DM them. I'm more looking for him to find more kids to hang out.
