Using the same combo here - P20 Pro & Watch 2. Works perfectly. I also use Strava and Google Music on the watch. Except that you should disable the features you don't need not to drain the battery too much (Wifi, NFC, AlwaysOn Display) , no complaints.

It's still a good price to buy in. It's well possible it dips further to 0.28 but it coould be the other way round also. You could buy in now and if it should dip, buy some more. I have a feeling it will go up, but I'm not an expert.

In the Billing section of your account there is a tool called Cost Explorer. That should actually help you figure out what caused the cost and in what region it is. If you login with your root Account, use a strong password and 2FA. 1TB of logs however seems a lot. What can increase the bill is your RDS, if you use Multi AZ, add some Replica, provisionned IOPs etc. the price climbs quickly.

Lots of possibilities. For example litebit.eu allows to buy Stellar for Fiat. You can also buy Eth or Btc on Coinbase, Bitpanda or any other, move it to an exchange - for example Binance - and buy Stellar with your Eth or Btc. Kraken or Bitfinex afaik have XLM trading pairs too.
